Google is preparing Material 3 Expressive - a new Android UI style (screenshots)

Datamining channel Mystic Leaks has published exclusive screenshots of the new Android interface style, which will be called Material 3 Expressive.

Here's What We Know

The updated design is shown on the example of the "Clock" app.

On the left is the current interface, on the right is the new one:

Material 3 Expressive will clearly change the look of the clock and other Android apps, it will use a narrower font format, Google will enlarge the start/pause and stopwatch reset buttons, and change the alarm clock drop-down menu.

Google is likely to reveal Material 3 Expressive and other changes to its operating system at The Android Show event on 13 May.
