New PlayStation 5 bundles with Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 are coming: what do we know about prices?
Sony is preparing fresh PlayStation 5 bundles that will include the popular game Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. Although the last Call of Duty bundle was released back in November 2023, new Black Ops 6 bundles will be coming soon and will include both the PS5 version with a disc drive and the digital version of the console.
Here's What We Know
Despite the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 in October 2024, no official PS5 bundle with the game has been announced yet. This may be due to the fact that Activision is now owned by Microsoft, and the new title was the first to appear on Xbox Game Pass on the day of release. Nevertheless, Sony is not going to lag behind and plans to introduce its own bundles with the game.
It is expected that two new PS5 bundles with Black Ops 6 will go on sale in Europe, North America, and other regions. They will include a standard PS5 with a disc drive and a digital version of the console, and the game will be available as a download code.
As for the price, preliminary estimates are as follows:
- PS5 Slim Standard (with disc drive) + Black Ops 6 code - about $449.99 / €499.99
PS5 Slim Digital Edition (without disc drive) + Black Ops 6 code - about $399.99 / €449.99
The exact release date and possible bonuses in the game have not yet been announced. Probably, the release will be timed to coincide with the start of the 4th season of Call of Duty or the Days of Play events that traditionally take place at the end of May.
