Vivo X200 FE may get Dimensity 9300+ chipset and 50MP camera
Vivo continues to work on the launch of a new X200 FE smartphone for the Indian market, which will be a variation of the compact screen model. Initially, it was assumed that a variant for India would be based on the X200 Pro mini already released in China, but it seems that the company has chosen a different path.
Here's What We Know
Recently, new details about the X200 FE specifications have emerged. The smartphone is expected to have a flat 6.31-inch OLED screen with a 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and a built-in fingerprint sensor under the display. It will be powered by the Dimensity 9300+ chipset or the not-yet-official Dimensity 9400e, which sources say is an improved version of the Dimensity 9300+.
The main camera of the X200 FE will have a 50 MP Sony IMX921 sensor, a 50 MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom (IMX882) and an 8 MP ultra-wide sensor. A 50 MP camera is provided for selfies. In terms of storage, the smartphone will be available in 12/256 GB and 16/512 GB variants.
Another key feature is the IP68 and IP69 certification, which ensures resistance to water and dust. The battery has a capacity of 6,500 mAh with support for 90W fast charging. According to preliminary data, the device will weigh about 200 g.
The vivo X200 FE is expected to hit the Indian market in July, with prices ranging from INR 50,000 (approximately $593) to INR 60,000 ($711). It is not yet known whether it will be available in other regions.
