At the Defence24 Days exhibition in Warsaw, the Polish company Mista presented the Oncilla-E armoured medical vehicle designed for the rapid and safe evacuation of wounded soldiers.

Here's What We Know

The medical version of the Oncilla-E is adapted to the needs of medical personnel and can carry two medics, two lying wounded or several sitting wounded. The vehicle is able to move under fire along routes where civilian vehicles cannot pass.

The Oncilla meets STANAG 4569 Level 2 protection standards, which provides reliable protection against bullets and fragments. It is a licensed version of the Ukrainian Dozor-B armoured vehicle, which the Polish company manufactures in its own facilities after initial assembly in Ukraine.

Oncilla is already being used in combat by the Armed Forces and the National Guard of Ukraine, as well as units of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine. It is likely that medical versions will also be supplied to the Ukrainian Defence Forces.

In addition to the medical modification, Mista offers several other variants of the Oncilla - a command and staff vehicle, a standard reconnaissance vehicle, and versions for chemical and radiological reconnaissance.
