Galaxy Fold4 and Flip4 get One UI 7 update in Europe: what's new and how to update
Samsung continues to roll out One UI 7 update based on Android 15 for its devices. The new software has become available for Galaxy Fold4 and Galaxy Flip4 users in Europe, after the former received it in Korea last month.
Here's What We Know
The update arrives via OTA as versions F721BXXUAHYD9 for the Flip4 and F936BXXUAHYD9 for the Fold4. The update is 4.5GB for Flip4 and 4.6GB for Fold4, so users should make sure they have a stable internet connection before downloading.

One of the main changes is the inclusion of an updated security level for April 2025, which improves data protection on devices. As with other updates, the update is being rolled out gradually, so not all users in Europe will receive it at the same time. If you don't want to wait, you can manually check for the update on your phone by going to Settings, Software update, Download and install.
One UI 7 brings new animations and blur effects, redesigned icons, and an overall visual refresh to the UI. The update also includes new and updated Galaxy AI features, although some of them may not be available for the Galaxy Fold4 and Flip4. After all, these devices are no longer the latest flagships and don't get all the latest features. Nevertheless, users will still be able to appreciate many of the new features of One UI 7 and updated Samsung apps.
As a reminder, Samsung may launch the One UI 8 beta programme next month.
