Meizu has launched a budget Note 16 smartphone with a 6600 mAh battery and a new Flyme AIOS 2 OS
Meizu has released a budget smartphone Note 16, which, despite the modest price, has good technical characteristics.
Here's What We Know
Meizu Note 16 received a Unisoc T8200 "Flyme Special Full Blood Edition" processor and a 6600 mAh battery. The maximum wired charging power is 40W, wireless charging is not supported.
The smartphone is equipped with a 6.78″ IPS-display with a resolution of 2460 x 1080p, refresh rate of 120 Hz and brightness up to 1050 nits.
The case is IP65 water and dust resistant and can withstand drops from a height of 1.5 metres. On the side edge there is a button with customisable functions and a fingerprint scanner. The device supports wet and greasy hand and glove modes. There is a standard 3.5mm headphone jack.
Meizu Note 16 has got a 50MP and 2MP main camera unit and an 8MP front camera.
The smartphone runs on the new Flyme AIOS 2 operating system.
The phone is available in Deficit Red, Rock Black and Jade White colours.
The most attractive thing about the Meizu Note 16 is its price: just $110 dollars for the 8/128GB version and $140 for the 8/256GB model, and for Chinese citizens the price tag is even lower as the smartphone is offered under the national subsidy programme.
