Xiaomi has introduced an air conditioner that heats and cools the whole house in seconds
The new Xiaomi Mijia Air Conditioner Super Energy Saving Vertical 3 HP has been launched in China.

This is a vertical model with a powerful cooling and heating system that can work efficiently on an area of up to 40 m².
With an airflow of 1752 m³/h and a wide opening (181 mm), the device can cool or heat a room with a radius of up to 13 metres.
Other features include a quick start: cooling is activated in 40 seconds and heating in 80 seconds. The temperature range is from -32°C to 60°C, which allows you to fine-tune the comfort conditions. The air conditioner is also equipped with a self-cleaning mode with sterilisation at 56°C, which helps to maintain the hygiene of the device.
The model supports HyperOS Connect, so it can be integrated with other smart devices in the Xiaomi ecosystem. The device can be controlled via the mobile app or with the help of Xiao AI voice commands. In addition, the company promises regular OTA updates.
The body of the indoor unit is made of metal and measures 346×1868×434 mm. In China, the air conditioner is sold for 4999 yuan (about $694), although the recommended price is 5599 yuan (~$777). Mijia air conditioners are not yet available in Europe.
Xiaomi recently launched the Mijia Air Conditioner Pro on the Chinese market. This is a smart air conditioner equipped with a radar that allows the device to detect people in the room and direct airflow towards them.
