Final Fantasy XIV: Crystal World mobile game will launch in China as early as June
Tencent Lightspeed Studio and Square Enix have shared important news about Final Fantasy XIV: Crystal World - mobile version of the popular MMORPG.
Here's What We Know
A trailer was released on Chinese platform Bilibili, which announced that Final Fantasy XIV: Crystal World will be released in China in June 2025, and in the meantime gamers are invited to beta testing. The global launch date is still unknown, but those interested in the game can pre-register on the official website.
The developers promise to bring all the main features and attributes of FFXIV to mobile devices: gamers will be offered an exciting story, a complex combat system, a huge open world, a wide variety of available races, professions and classes, exciting additional activities, regular events and festivals and much more.
This will not be a ported version of the famous game from PC and consoles, but a specially developed project for iOS and Android.
Final Fantasy XIV: Crystal World will be released with A Realm Reborn content, and will receive the rest of the add-ons later on.
