Vivo X200 FE: first images and details of the summer 2025 launch have been released
Vivo is preparing to launch a new model in India - the X200 FE, which will be the "people's" version of the flagship X200 series. According to leaks, the smartphone will have an updated design and will differ significantly from older models.
Here's What We Know
Vivo's X200 series of premium Android smartphones is expected to get its own Fan Edition (or FE) in India this summer.
Unlike the X200 and X200 Pro with a round camera setup, the FE version will feature a rectangular module in the style of the OnePlus 13R. The main unit will contain two cameras and an LED ring light. The model will be more compact and is likely to receive a separate name for the Chinese market.
A well-known insider, Abhishek Yada, said that the smartphone will come in grey and yellow colours. Another informant, Paras Guglani, adds black and pink variants to the list. All of these colours are in line with the Vivo S30 Pro Mini's palette.
The X200 FE is expected to feature a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chip or a newer version of the 9400e, 12 or 16 GB of RAM, and 256 and 512 GB of storage. Pricing has not yet been revealed, but the base X200 is already available in India starting at ₹58,900 (~$705).
The main camera of the X200 FE will have a 50MP Sony IMX921 sensor, a 50MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom (IMX882) and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. A 50 MP camera is provided for selfies. In terms of storage, the smartphone will be available in 12/256 GB and 16/512 GB variants.
According to preliminary data, the Vivo X200 FE is scheduled to be launched in India between 25 June and 7 July 2025.
