Samsung continues to roll out the One UI 7 update based on Android 15 for its smartphones. This time, the update has become available for Galaxy M54 - the first to receive it were device owners in Indonesia.

Here's What We Know

The firmware with the build number M546BXXU8DYE3 is expected to appear in other countries in the coming days.

The update is about 3.7 GB in size. You can download it through the Settings, Software Update, Download and Install menu. The firmware file is also available in Samsung's proprietary archive.

This is the second major Android update for the Galaxy M54. One UI 7 brings users an updated interface with smoother animations, improved customisation of the home screen and widgets, a more user-friendly camera interface and a new Now Bar control panel. In addition, the shell integrates the capabilities of Google Gemini artificial intelligence.

Galaxy M54 will be supported by at least two more major Android updates. One UI 8, based on Android 16, is expected to be released in the second half of 2025.

Samsung has officially launched One UI 7 for one of its most popular mid-range smartphones, the Galaxy A53. Users in South Korea can already download the update, which is likely to be available in other countries by the end of the month. The update has a build number of A536NKSU9FYE1 and takes about 3.4 GB.
