Sharp has unveiled Aquos R10, a mid-range smartphone with Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 processor and Leica cameras

Japanese company Sharp presented Aquos R10 - a mid-range smartphone with excellent characteristics.

Here's What We Know

Sharp Aquos R10 has a 6.5" Pro IGZO OLED screen with Full HD resolution, refresh rate up to 120Hz and peak brightness of 3000 nits.

The gadget uses a Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 processor coupled with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256/512GB of UFS 4.0 flash storage. The new product will be sold with Android 15.

The cameras are designed with Leica, the main camera includes a 50MP sensor with optical stabilisation and a 50MP ultra-wide-angle module, while the front camera supports autofocus and got the same 50MP.

The smartphone is IP68 and MIL-STD-810G/H protected, making the Aquos R10 resistant to drops, water and extreme temperatures.

The 5,000mAh battery supports fast charging up to 36W. There is support for Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC and eSIM.

Sharp hasn't announced the exact support period for the Aquos R10 yet, but judging by previous models, we can expect around 2-3 years of Android updates and regular security patches.

Sharp Aquos R10 sales will start in July 2025 and the price has not been announced yet.

The smartphone will be available in white, beige and black colours.
