Nvidia continues to expand the list of platforms on which its GeForce NOW cloud gaming service is available and has released the corresponding Steam Deck app.

Here's What We Know

Users of Valve's handheld console can now go to the official website and download GeForce NOW, which (with a paid subscription) will open up a catalogue of more than 2,200 games from all popular services, including Steam, Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Connect, Battle.net and Xbox. In addition, the PC Game Pass library with over 180 games is also supported.

GeForce NOW Ultimate subscribers will be able to stream games in resolutions up to 4K at 60 fps and will have access to DLSS 4, Reflex, HDR10 and ray tracing.

Nvidia emphasises that running games on Steam Deck using GeForce NOW uses up to 50% slower battery power on the handheld console compared to a native launch.
