Epic Games and the popular Netflix series Squid Game are preparing a gift for Fortnite fans. The South Korean survival drama will finally join the hit battle royale. Although the announcement does not reveal specific details of the content that will appear in Fortnite.

Epic Games has intrigued us with this collaboration by publishing an invitation to the Squid Game, which shows the iconic circle, triangle, and square along with a fun emoji. The most likely addition from Squid Game will be skins and other cosmetic items. They may include bodyguards and popular characters such as Kang Sei-bok, Song Gi-hoon, Oh Il-nam, Thanos, and others.
Although there has never been an official collaboration between Epic Games and Squid Game, fans have already created maps in Fortnite that recreate games from the show. It's possible that fans will now see official game modes for them in Fortnite, or at least new locations on the map where players can play these games or interact with elements from Squid Game.
A specific date for the Squid Game content to appear in Fortnite has not been announced.
