Enhanced iMessage features, updated CarPlay interface and more: some iOS 26 innovations revealed

The WWDC 2025 conference will start on the 9th of June, where the presentation of iOS 26 is expected. From numerous leaks and insiders we know that Apple will significantly update the interface and visual design of its operating system, and now we know what other innovations the American company has prepared.

Here's What We Know

Portal 9to5Mac shared several new features that the new iOS will get, among them:

• iMessage app will have automatic translation of messages and support for polls that can be created using Apple Intelligence, taking into account the context of the conversation;
• the lock screen will now display animated track art instead of static images;
• Notes information can be exported to other apps via Markdown format;
• CarPlay (not Ultra) will get a redesign in the style of Solarium, Apple's new interface.

Most likely, this is not all the interesting innovations that can surprise Apple - we will wait for the official presentation.
