Insider 100% sure: Red Dead Redemption 2 is coming to Nintendo Switch 2 in 2025 and will get a non-extgenic update
Back in May, there was a rumour that the iconic game Red Dead Redemption 2 would be coming to the Nintendo Switch 2, and would also be getting a long-awaited nextgen update on modern consoles. The source of this information was reputable insider Nate the Hate, who was however not 100% sure about it.
Well, now he has no doubts in his data.
Here's What We Know
In a new episode of his podcast, Nate the Hate, who has a huge amount of accurate insights to his credit, revealed that Take-Two and Rockstar Games will port RDR 2 to Nintendo Switch 2 by the end of 2025, as well as improving the game's performance on current-gen consoles and possibly on PC, as gamers have long been asking for.
It's likely that PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series users will be able to run the famous western in 4K resolution at 60 FPS, making an already great game even better.
Indirect confirmation of Nate the Hate's information is the statement of Take-Two's head of publishing Strauss Zelnick about the intention to Media: Red Dead Redemption II is definitely coming to Nintendo Switch 2 this year, and the PS5 and Xbox Series game will get a long-awaited non-extgenic update and port several major games to Switch 2.
