Samsung won't release Galaxy Fold7 Ultra - an insider tells why
Samsung's recent teaser for a new foldable smartphone has sparked a lot of rumours about the Galaxy Fold7 Ultra. However, a well-known insider has denied these assumptions.
Here's What We Know
According to him, there will be no separate "Ultra" variant, and all the "ultra" features will be available in the standard Galaxy Fold7. This became part of the company's marketing strategy to increase the excitement before the presentation.
Instead of a new "ultra" model, Samsung will present three devices: Galaxy Fold7, Galaxy Flip7 and the budget Galaxy Flip7 FE, which is confirmed by TKDN certifications.
It's funny that some think Samsung's teaser hints at a 'Galaxy Z Fold7 Ultra'. That was clearly meant to stir up hype - but there's no Ultra model, at least not this summer. The Z Fold7 itself will bring the 'Ultra' experience ? pic.twitter.com/P5v5IkDLjE

The Fold7 is expected to have an updated design with an unfolded thickness of about 3.9 mm and a folded thickness of 8.9 mm. The smartphone will be equipped with a 200MP main camera, an 8.2-inch internal display, and a powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite chip.
The Flip7 and Flip7 FE models are likely to be powered by Exynos processors and have a larger external screen. All three devices will debut with One UI 8 based on Android 16, which will provide smooth animations and improved AI features.
The date of the presentation has not yet been announced, but leaks point to early July in New York.
