One of the worst releases of the year: player criticism forced MindsEye developers to immediately promise bug fixes
MindsEye is already available on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. However, the first impressions of the game are not impressive, to say the least. Currently, MindsEye has a Mixed rating on Steam, where only 40% of players recommend the game. They complain about bugs, staters, poor optimisation, bland gameplay, and low-quality voice acting. This is definitely not the start the developers were hoping for.
Here's What We Know
The team promises to inform players about the timing of Update 3 and various improvements during this week. Interestingly, they also mention that the team "would appreciate your thoughts on Build.Mindseye", a content creation tool. This may indicate a desire to involve the community in the development of the game and possibly its content.
MindsEye retails for $59 and tells the story of Jacob Diaz, a former Special Forces soldier who works as a security guard at Silva Industries in Redrock City. Everything changes due to the robot uprising, and he must fight against a variety of dangerous factions to survive.
But will MindsEye manage to fix those dozens of bugs and become a good game?
