New Casio MR-G with black titanium coating will appear in a limited edition for $6000
Casio is preparing a new premium model MR-G in a black DLC titanium case - a limited edition of only 500 pieces worldwide.

According to the latest leaks, the MRG-B5000B will not only feature a black titanium case, but also a special decorative bezel design in the style of traditional Japanese hand-forged metal forging techniques. This is the first time that the MR-G line will feature such a textured "armour-like" design, which gives the watch a unique look.
In addition to the exterior design, the watch will have premium features: Bluetooth synchronisation with a smartphone, solar charging, sapphire crystal and support for automatic time adjustment using Multi-Band 6 technology for automatic time adjustment. Due to the limited edition and high quality, the watch is estimated to cost 935,000 yen (about $6,000) in Japan.
Casio has not yet officially announced the novelty, but the presentation is expected in the near future. The MR-G line already includes models with a titanium case and a design inspired by the samurai era.
Earlier, Casio introduced the G-Shock GBX100S surfer's watch with tide tracking in Europe, which underlines the brand's commitment to developing both premium and functional models.
