Renault Trucks and Kleuster have unveiled the Kleuster 350, an electric cargo bike "for intensive use in the city". The model is jointly developed and manufactured at the Renault Trucks factory.

Here's What We Know

As Renault Trucks explained, the growth of e-commerce, tight delivery times and strict environmental requirements are creating new challenges for urban logistics. The Kleuster 350 is designed to address last-mile delivery challenges. The bike was created by Renault Trucks' research and development teams, utilising more than a decade of Kleuster's experience in professional cargo bikes.

Key features include a chainless design, removable batteries with a range of up to 35km, comfortable front and rear suspension, and a turning radius of just 2.4 metres for manoeuvrability in the city.

The Kleuster 350 has been endurance tested at the independent Transpolis centre in France. The tests included more than 30,000 kilometres and 1,440 hours of driving, confirming reliability under intensive use.

Two versions are available: the Box 350 with closed body for courier and food delivery (payload capacity 150-300kg) and the Pick-up 350 with open platform for equipment, green space maintenance, technical work, urban cleaning and internal logistics operations.

The new models expand the Kleuster range to seven specialised configurations. The bikes are designed in France, assembled at Renault Trucks' Vénissieux plant and sold through the manufacturer's dealer network.
