Unveiled 17 minutes of gameplay of Chrono Odyssey, an ambitious MMORPG that could revolutionise the genre
Korean developers from Chrono Studio and Kakao Games are preparing At the end of June the open testing of Chrono Odyssey - a game that could become a new word in the MMORPG genre - will start ambitious MMORPG Chrono Odyssey.
The authors are actively fuelling interest in their game and presented another gameplay video.
Here's What We Know
IGN channel published a 17-minute video, which demonstrates the main game mechanics of Chrono Odyssey and features of the game. The gamers are waiting for a huge seamless open world, filled with powerful fantasy creatures, unexpected discoveries and a lot of tasks, which the developers tried to make not so banal, which are usually in games of this genre.
Players will be offered a lot of activities, they will be able to visit dungeons, participate in large-scale raids, jointly or alone to perform quests, hunt for "heads", trade, socialise and much more.
Chrono Odyssey is created on Unreal Engine 5 and is characterised by excellent graphics (at least - in trailers), as well as deep combat system, which has a lot in common with FromSoftware games.
As a reminder, Chrono Odyssey is a dark fantasy game in which players will be able to manipulate the passage of time thanks to The Chronotector.
Chrono Odyssey will be in closed testing on Steam from the 20th to the 22nd of June, which is open to anyone who applies.
When We Can Expect It
Chrono Odyssey release date is still unknown, but the game can already be added to your wishlist.
Chrono Odyssey will be available on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
