Digital retailer GOG continues to expand its Preservation Programme initiative and today added a few more iconic games to it.
Here's What We Know
The addition is timed to coincide with the 10th anniversary of Devil May Cry 4, so four instalments of the famous slasher series from Capcom have been added to the Preservation Programme.
1-3 parts of Devil May Cry are available as HD Collection, and the set of four games is sold at a discount of up to 67%.
In addition to the "demonic" series, the programme also includes the following classic games:
- Leisure Suit Larry: Reloaded,
- Voyage: Journey to the Moon,
- Star Wars: Rebellion,
- Tex Murphy: The Pandora Directive,
- Populous,
- Mortal Kombat 1+2+3,
- Star Trek: Judgment Rites,
- Magic Carpet 2: The Netherworlds,
- Castles 1+2,
- Earthworm Jim 2,
- Imperium Galactica.
Adding games to the GOG Preservation Programme means the platform's staff are taking over support, improving compatibility with modern systems and controllers, and fixing old bugs.
