This year, Samsung will present a new mid-range smartphone, the Galaxy S25 FE. The first realistic renders of the device from insiders OnLeaks and SammyGuru show that the new product looks almost identical to its predecessor, the Galaxy S24 FE.

Here's What We Know

The new Galaxy S25 FE has a familiar design with a vertical camera unit and a hole-punch for the front camera. The dimensions have changed slightly - the body has become thinner and now has a thickness of 7.4 mm, which makes it more comfortable in the hand.

On the technical side, the smartphone will have a 12-megapixel front camera, just like the Galaxy S25. However, instead of the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, the Exynos 2400 chip will be installed - an updated version of last year's processor. It's slightly more productive than the Exynos 2400e from the Galaxy S24 FE, but it won't provide a significant speed boost.

Due to minimal hardware changes, Samsung will likely rely on software updates or possible camera improvements to keep buyers interested. We should also not expect a significant price reduction due to the current market situation.

The Galaxy S25 FE is scheduled to be launched in the second half of 2025, and it will be another Fan Edition smartphone with a recognisable design and minor updates.
