Media: Meta and Microsoft are preparing a joint Xbox-branded VR headset Meta Quest 3S
Microsoft and ASUS recently announced the Xbox ROG Ally and Xbox Ally X handheld consoles together, and a few days ago, the American corporation confirmed that there are a few more devices in development that are being created in close co-operation with AMD.
The next of them, surprisingly, could be a virtual reality headset.
Here's What We Know
The publication Game Sandwich reported that Meta and Microsoft may unveil an Xbox-branded Meta Quest 3S headset on 24 June.
Published by VR-game developer RJ White indicates that the novelty will be made in the characteristic black and green colours of Xbox and will not differ radically from the standard model Meta Quest 3S, therefore, it will get 128 GB of built-in memory and will be able to run games via Xbox Cloud Gaming.
The novelty is expected to cost $399, and the package will include an Xbox controller and Elite Strap, as well as a three-month subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
The release of such a device fits in with Microsoft's new strategy that "any device can become an Xbox".
