Xbox is preparing for Gamescom 2025: what will the gaming giant show?
With its annual summer showcase now complete, Xbox is already looking ahead to Gamescom, which will take place from 20-24 August in Cologne, Germany. In addition to confirming its participation, the company has also announced the return of Xbox Fan Fest, which will take place on 20 August. This means that fans will not only have an exhibition, but also a separate event dedicated to Xbox!
Here's What We Know
Last year, the company broadcasted for three days, providing numerous announcements and details. Among the presented games were such anticipated titles as S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, Age of Mythology: Retold, Towerborne, Avowed, and Ara: History Untold. This year's programme is expected to be no less eventful.
Xbox has already confirmed several key releases: Gears of War: Reloaded will be released on 26 August, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: The Order of Giants on 4 September, and The Outer Worlds 2 on 29 October. Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 will also be released this year, probably in November, adding even more action to the autumn season.
Most interestingly, there is a high probability that Ninja Gaiden 4 will appear at Gamescom. Since Xbox Game Studios is the publisher of this game, which is due to be released on 21 October, it is logical to assume that it will be shown before the official launch. This can be a real surprise for fans of ninja games and dynamic action games.
We can only wait until August to see what other surprises the Xbox team has in store for us at Gamescom 2025 and Xbox Fan Fest.
