Xiaomi is getting ready to unveil its new foldable smartphone Mix Flip 2 and it will happen already Xiaomi will hold a big presentation this week where it will unveil its flagship gadgets and the new YU7 electric car, where apart from it we are expecting details about Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro and Redmi K Pad tablets, Redmi K80 Ultra flagship smartphone and updated Xiaomi Band 10 fitness bracelet.
But the company didn't bore the public and revealed some of the features of the Mix Flip 2, which, by the looks of it, will be one of the most powerful and stylish flip gadgets on the market.
Here's What We Know
The smartphone gets a flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, 12GB of RAM and a 5,165mAh battery with support for fast wired (67W) and wireless (50W) charging.
The Mix Flip 2 features a main 6.86″ LTPO AMOLED display and an external 4.01″ screen with a peak brightness of 3200 nits. The external screen supports over 500 apps and multitasking - you can run multiple apps at once without revealing the smartphone.
The cameras are designed in cooperation with Leica: the main camera is 50 MP, supplemented by an ultra-wide-angle module. The body has become thinner (7.57 mm) and lighter (199 g), and the Xiaomi Keel hinge has been redesigned for greater reliability - it is stated that it will withstand more than 200,000 folds.
The Mix Flip 2 will be available in new colours: black, gold, lilac and green. Some versions will get a checkerboard texture and a brushed metal frame.
