You don't need a laptop with this tablet: Xiaomi has unveiled the powerful and compact Pad 7S Pro 12.5
Xiaomi has unveiled the Pad 7S Pro 12.5, a flagship tablet that is positioned as an alternative to a laptop.
Here's What We Know
The novelty is equipped with a 12.5″ IPS display with a resolution of 3.2K, a refresh rate of 144 Hz and an aspect ratio of 3:2.
The novelty of the Chinese manufacturer received a chipset of its own production XRing O1, which proved itself perfectly in the Xiaomi 15S Pro smartphone.
One of the key features of the tablet was a 10,610 mAh battery with support for ultra-fast charging at 120W - a noticeable step forward compared to previous models. The body is just 5.8mm thick and weighs 576g.
The tablet supports magnetic keyboard with adjustable hinge, wireless screen duplication with 41 ms latency, stylus and co-operative work with keyboard and mouse. The novelty can quickly share files with Windows and macOS devices and has 6 speakers with Dolby Atmos, making it a great multimedia solution.
The Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro 12.5 is already on sale in China with prices starting at $460 for the 8/256GB version, while the maximum 16/1TB configuration will cost $630.
Given that XRing O1 devices are not planned to be sold outside of China, it's unlikely that the tablet will be released in the global market.
