Delta Force online shooter news: console versions will be released in August, and a major update to Break will be released in July
After the publication of Emoji said it all: online shooter Delta Force is coming soon to PlayStation and Xbox, Team Jade studio named the exact release date for the console versions of the conditionally free-to-play online shooter Delta Force.
Here's What We Know
Chinese developers reported that the game will be released on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series on 19 August.
The news doesn't end there, as the authors announced a major update of the PC version of Delta Force. Already on the 9th of July a new season called Break will start, which will bring a lot of new content, including the appearance of:
- new operations map Tide Prison - it will be a secret prison in the middle of the ocean, where players must infiltrate under the guise of prisoners with a secret mission.
Swimming and diving will appear in the game; - an additional combat map Cyclone - a tropical island with an unstable weather system that will affect the course of matches;
- new operator Tempest, who has a high-tech exoskeleton and can deftly evade enemy attacks and is able to disarm opponents;
- the developers will add several weapons and military vehicles, including an assault rifle, compound bow, jet skis and more.

A crossover with mobile RPG tactics Arknights has also been announced.
All of these new additions, including the free co-op campaign Black Hawk Down will be available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
