Google Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL will get bigger batteries and brighter displays - first leaks
Google is preparing to unveil new flagships Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL, which will be one of the first devices based on the Tensor G5 processor. The official presentation is expected around 20 August, and in the meantime, almost complete specifications of both models have appeared online.
Here's What We Know
The Pixel 10 Pro will have a 6.3-inch screen with a resolution of 2856×1280 pixels, while the Pixel 10 Pro XL will feature a larger 6.8-inch display with a resolution of 2992×1344 pixels. Both screens will be brighter than their predecessors, but the refresh rate will remain at 120Hz.
In terms of memory, Google will offer versions with 16GB of RAM and 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and even 1TB of storage, just like the Pixel 9 Pro. The cameras will remain similar to the previous generation - a 50 MP main module, 48 MP telephoto, 48 MP ultra-wide-angle, and a 42 MP front camera. However, image processing will be handled by the new Tensor G5 processor.
The batteries have become slightly larger: Pixel 10 Pro has 4870 mAh, and Pixel 10 Pro XL has 5200 mAh. The phones will be charged the same way as before: with a wire - 29 W, wireless charging - 15 W. For comparison, the Pixel 9 Pro XL supports wired charging up to 37W.
