Get your notepads ready: the Google Keep app is no longer available on Apple Watch
Google has dropped support for the Keep app on the Apple Watch as of 1 July.
Here's What We Know
The company has released patch 2.2025.26200, which completely removes Google Keep from Apple's smartwatch.
The notes app appeared on the Apple Watch in 2019, but has hardly been updated and even kept the same logo.
Google analysed the demand for Notes among Apple Watch users and concluded that continued support for the app was not feasible, although the decision did upset the few users who were used to making shopping or to-do lists in Keep.
Now only three branded apps remain on the Apple Watch: Maps, YouTube Music, and The Google Calendar app is now available on Apple Watch, but it's limited in what it can do
An update to watchOS 26 is expected in the autumn, which may include a built-in notes app.
