The Forza Motorsport story is over: Microsoft has fired the entire team responsible for the popular racing simulator

Immediately after it became known about a large-scale wave of layoffs in Microsoft, there was information that it affected the studio Turn 10 - the author of the popular series of racing simulators Forza Motorsport.

Here's What We Know

Just a month ago Forza Motorsport celebrated its twentieth anniversary and it seemed that its future is not threatened: the game is in demand and loved by the public.

However, Turn 10 Studios employee Fred Russell announced that he and the entire team responsible for Forza Motorsport have been fired. Consequently, gamers can't expect a sequel to the iconic franchise.

However, Turn 10 will continue to help colleagues from Playground Games with work on Forza Horizon and ForzaTech engine.

Recall, the last Forza Motorsport game was released in 2023 on PC and Xbox Series.
