In June 2025, Apple TV+ viewers favoured sci-fi, comedies and dramas. According to JustWatch, Murderbot took the top spot, with Stick, Severance, Smoke, The Studio and other high-profile series rounding out the top 10.

Top 10 Apple TV+ series in June

1. Murderbot - smart sci-fi with irony and Alexander Skarsgard as a "cyborg guardian". The protagonist is a cybernetic bodyguard who hates people, social interactions... yet saves everyone. The series combines action, philosophy and great black humour - with unexpected emotional depth. A great choice for those who are tired of the standard heroes.

2. Stick - a light but heartwarming balance between sports comedy and the story of growing up. It's a series about friendship, second tries and unexpected alliances - between a golfer who has lost himself and a teenager who has found purpose. The story is warm, with irony and good rhythm, and also with Owen Wilson on top form.

3. Your Friends and Neighbours is worth watching if only because it's a rare combination of crime drama, psychological thriller and social satire. Jon Hamm in the lead role is already a guarantee of charisma, and the plot revolves around decent looking people whose "financial schemes" and personal skeletons gradually come out. The series is riveting in the way it subtly shows the decay of "normality" - with intrigue, irony and tension on the verge of breaking down.

4. The Studio - a satire on the world of Hollywood with Seth Rogen - an unvarnished backstage look at the film industry. The series wittily shows how hits and disasters are made inside a film studio - with actors, producers and absurd crises. It's funny, apt and a little painful for the industry.

5. Severance - A unique plot and atmosphere of psychological sci-fi. The series raises the question: what do we become when we separate work and personal identity? Grim, stylish and disturbingly relevant, it clings to the way office routine turns into a philosophical thriller.

6. Smoke is for fans of suspenseful thrillers based on true events. It is a series about arson, investigation and moral dilemmas. A dynamic plot, strong acting and the feeling that the truth is closer than it seems make it a great choice for those who love quality crime drama.

7. Silo is a dystopian drama about life in an underground shelter. It has a gloomy atmosphere, intrigue and social allegory. The series plunges into a closed underground society where the truth is strictly dosed and every step is under control. This is not just a post-apocalypse, but a profound reflection on power, truth and freedom. Tense, beautiful and intelligent.

8. The Buccaneers - for those who like historical dramas with a daring character. This is the story of young American women challenging Victorian norms in London. A mixture of costumed glamour, feminism and social satire makes the series entertaining and relevant.

9. Slow Horses is an unconventional approach to the spy genre. It's not about super agents, but about written-off losers from MI5 who suddenly find themselves at the centre of serious affairs. Cynicism, a brilliant script and Gary Oldman as the lazy but brilliant boss make the series witty, dark and genuinely gripping.

10. Ted Lasso is an incredible dose of optimism, humour and humanity. It's a series that isn't about football, but about people - with their insecurities, growth and inner triumphs. It makes you laugh, empathise and is unexpectedly inspiring. Winner of 13 Emmy Awards, it's one of the most successful shows on AppleTV.

Apple TV+ continues to prove it can compete with Netflix and HBO with diverse, quality content. From witty sci-fi to chamber drama, the platform holds the balance between entertaining and smart TV.
