A total of 89,547 new passenger cars were registered in Denmark between January and June 2025, an increase of 3.8% compared to the same period last year. Rohrvig also called on the authorities for reforms in taxation, "Politicians should consider a new, simpler car taxation model that benefits everyone and provides stable support for the green transition."
