PrivatBank continues to deliver VISA cards to 60 countries for free: where, to whom and how to apply
PrivatBank and VISA have announced the extension of the programme of free delivery of bank cards to 60 countries throughout 2025. The service is available both for reissuing existing cards and for ordering new ones via the Privat24 mobile application. Fast targeted delivery will be provided by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta.
Free delivery for Ukrainians all over the world
Since the launch of the service, the largest number of orders for the delivery of cards abroad has come from Poland, Germany and the Czech Republic. Women predominate among the users of the service, and Ukrainians aged 18-35 are the most active. At the same time, a significant portion of orders are made by customers aged 36-45 and over 65.

How to place an order
Ordering a VISA card with international delivery in Privat24 takes just a few clicks. Customers can choose a Universal credit card, a card for payments (including pension or social), or a Key to Account business card for entrepreneurs. An instant digital card is available for online purchases, and a physical card can be delivered abroad.
To arrange card delivery:
- In Privat24, select the card to be reissued or ordered and go to its settings.
- Click "Order card" and select the "International" option.
- Enter the address abroad, phone number of the country where you are ordering the card, and email.
- Check the entered data and click "Continue".
The list of countries where delivery is available can be viewed directly during the application process in Privat24.
