Canadian studio Relic Entertainment has revealed the release date of the remaster of the cult strategy game Warhammer 40 000: Dawn of War - Definitive Edition, which was released in 2004 and is still considered not only one of the best games of the franchise, but also among all RTS.

Here's What We Know

The new trailer informs gamers that Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War - Definitive Edition will be released on 14 August only on PC.

Those who have Anniversary Edition will get a 30% discount on the new version of the strategy, and the rest will have to pay $30.

The authors stressed that they did not add new content to keep the famous game in the form in which it was remembered by the public, but improved its technical condition and graphic design.

Dawn of War Definitive Edition will offer gamers high-resolution textures, modern lighting, convenient camera, improved character models and other technical innovations. The game will also have a mod manager, which will allow you to easily install and share modifications.

The updated game will include all released expansions: Winter Assault, Dark Crusade and Soulstorm.
