We already reported that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) shut down the site nsw2u, which was distributing pirated copies of Nintendo Switch games.

The American intelligence agency has seriously taken up the fight against piracy and eliminated six more major resources.

Here's What We Know

On the official website of the FBI published information about seven web portals that helped to distribute pirated game content.

It is not only about games for Nintendo, but also for other platforms. Any visitor to the following sites will now see a banner informing them that the domain has been seized by federal authorities:

  • nsw2u.com
  • nswdl.com
  • game-2u.com
  • bigngame.com
  • ps4pkg.com
  • ps4pkg.net
  • mgnetu.com.

The FBI said that between 28 February and 28 May 2025, these sites had a total of 3.2 million downloads from the most popular channel, resulting in an estimated loss of $170 million.
