Insider: public testing of iOS 26 and updates to Apple's other operating systems will begin on 23 July

Authoritative insider and Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman revealed the date when users of Apple gadgets will be able to participate in beta testing of updated operating systems.

Here's What We Know

According to Gurman, on 23 July, everyone will be able to join the public beta testing of the following operating systems:

• iOS 26;
• iPadOS 26;
• macOS 26;
• tvOS 26;
• watchOS 26;
• HomePod Software 26;
• AirPods Firmware.

That said, Apple's website does not indicate that the company plans to test VisionOS 26.

Recall, the main feature of the new update to Apple's ecosystem will be the Liquid Glass visual style, which will add more transparent and light elements, as well as animations that mimic the reflection of glass and refraction of light.
