CD Projekt RED studio kept its promise and made a mini celebration for Cyberpunk 2077 fans on the 17th of July - the game received a major update and was released on Mac.

Here's What We Know

Polish developers released Cyberpunk 2077 trailer for Mac. The game along with the Phantom Liberty add-on is already available to users of models with Silicon chip and with at least 16GB of RAM.

Cyberpunk 2077 has also received a big update that is available not only on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series, but also on Nintendo Switch 2, although the developers have mentioned that patch 2.3 may be delayed on this platform.

The main innovations of the update are additional vehicles and quests that need to be completed to obtain them. In total, gamers will be able to add three new cars and one motorbike to their garage.

On the roads of Knight City will appear even more diverse transport, and the possibility of CrystalCoat, which allows you to change the colour of the car during its movement, is extended to even more cars.

There are also new secrets in the city.

Autopilot has been added to Cyberpunk 2077: now the player will be able to select a point on the map and his car will drive itself to it in compliance with traffic rules.

Update 2.3 introduces new photo mode options, improved HDR technologies, and PC-gamers got AMD FSR 4 upscaler, FSR 3.1 frame generation and Intel XeSS 2.0 with a similar ability to increase FPS. The console versions got VRR - image enhancement technology.

All the details can be found on the official website of the game.

It is noteworthy that CD Projekt no longer mentions that "this is the final patch" - this phrase was heard several times already and always the developers continued to support Cyberpunk 2077.
