Insider: Oppo to unveil K13 Turbo Pro with fan and 8.3 mm thickness
The Oppo K13 Turbo series, which will include the Turbo Pro model, will be the first in the brand's lineup to feature a real fan for active cooling. This was reported by a well-known insider Fixed Focus Digital on the Chinese social network Weibo. Such a system will help the smartphone avoid overheating during intensive use, such as in games.
Here's What We Know
A feature of the K13 Turbo Pro is its compact thickness for a smartphone with a fan - only 8.3 mm. For comparison, the popular RedMagic 10S Pro with a similar cooling system is 8.9 mm thick, and the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is 8.2 mm thick. At the same time, Oppo K13 Turbo Pro weighs about 208 grams, which is slightly lighter than the Galaxy S25 Ultra (218 grams).
In addition, the Pro model will receive a battery that is rumoured to exceed user expectations.
The official presentation of the Oppo K13 Turbo and K13 Turbo Pro is scheduled for 21 July 2025. More details are expected during the announcement.
Oppo K13 Turbo will have a 6.8″ display with a resolution of 2800×1280 pixels and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. The amount of RAM is up to 16 GB, and storage is up to 512 GB.
Buyers will be offered two versions of the smartphone:
Oppo K13 Turbo with MediaTek Dimensity 8450 processor
Oppo K13 Turbo Pro with Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset with a clock speed of up to 3.21 GHz.
