Insider: Redmi Note 15 Pro+ will get a large battery and a new processor
Redmi is actively working on the successor to its popular Note 14 Pro+ smartphone, which was released in September last year in China. Recently, the first leaks about the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ appeared online.
Here's What We Know
According to the sources, the new product will have a 1.5K display with thin symmetrical bezels on all sides. The main camera will retain a resolution of 50 MP and will also receive a 50-megapixel telephoto lens. One of the main changes is a much larger battery: from 7000 to 7999 mAh.
Redmi Note 15 Pro+ may receive the yet-to-be-announced Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chip. For comparison, the predecessor uses Snapdragon 7s Gen 3, so better performance and energy efficiency are expected.
At the same time, the screen and camera resolutions will remain at the level of the 14 Pro+ model. It is worth noting that we are talking about the version for the Chinese (and Indian) markets - Redmi sometimes releases different versions of devices under the same names for different regions.
