Gearbox CEO confirmed the release of Borderlands 4 on Nintendo Switch 2 and it won't have to wait for long
Borderlands 4 will release on PC, Xbox Series and PlayStation 5 on the 12th of September, but the game's release on Nintendo Switch 2 was still in doubt, but Gearbox Software head Randy Pitchford couldn't keep the secret any longer and, as always, in an eccentric manner, announced the great news.
Here's What We Know
Pitchford published a video with a lot of pathos, but the main thesis is that Borderlands 4 will be available on Nintendo Switch 2 shortly after the game's release on home platforms - on the 3rd of October.

Note that most developers take much longer to realise a plan like this, but Pitchford seems to be a big fan of the Nintendo Switch 2 and was personally interested in releasing a shooter on the platform:
Switch 2 is one hell of a platform! I picked it up at launch myself. Borderlands 4 will be able to be taken anywhere - and that's great!
