Galaxy S26 Ultra revealed in new renders: slimmer body and improved cameras
New renders and details about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra flagship have appeared online. According to a reliable insider, UniverseIce, the smartphone will be thinner, lighter, and will receive important updates to the screen, cameras, and charging speed.
Here's What We Know
Galaxy S26 Ultra will be more compact in profile - its thickness will be reduced to less than 8 mm (compared to 8.2 mm in Galaxy S25 Ultra). At the same time, the device will expand slightly and become taller - the dimensions will be 162.8 x 77.6 mm, but the weight will be reduced compared to 218 grams for the previous model.

One of the most noticeable changes is the updated camera module. The renders show a large protruding camera unit that accommodates three of the four sensors - this is a novelty for the Ultra series, as in the last four generations, the cameras were placed in notches. The main camera will have a 200-megapixel sensor with a larger aperture, as well as a new 3x telephoto lens and an improved 5x periscope lens with a wider aperture.
The Galaxy S26 Ultra's screen will have a 6.9-inch diagonal and an AMOLED panel with Color-on-Emitter (CoE) technology, which will improve colour accuracy and brightness while reducing power consumption. In addition, the new third generation of anti-reflective glass coating will be used.
It will support 60W wired charging instead of 45W in the Galaxy S24 Ultra, and the battery capacity will remain unchanged at 5000mAh.
