It's going to be hot in Sicily: a new trailer for Mafia: The Old Country showed off the large selection of weapons and the importance of knives
2K Games and Hangar 13 have released a new gameplay trailer of crime action game Mafia: The Old Country.
Here's What We Know
This time the authors focused on the combat system of the game. They reminded that the protagonist Enzo Favara will be in a lot of dangerous situations, shootings, chases and other integral events of criminal life.
The protagonist will get pistols, shotguns, rifles and sometimes explosives from the Mafia armourer, but in Mafia: The Old Country the emphasis is on close combat, in which opponents face each other one-on-one and use knives to find out who will see the next sunrise in Sicily.
Hangar 13 has prepared several variants of knives, with blows differing in speed, strength and swing.
When We Can Expect It
Mafia: The Old Country has already "gone gold", so there will be no postponements and its release will definitely take place on the 8th of August on PS5, Xbox Series and PC.
