Didn't want to be a victim: new Borderlands 4 trailer reveals Rafa's soldier backstory
Gearbox studio has released another trailer dedicated to the soldier Rafa, who will be one of the four main characters of the shooter Borderlands 4.
Here's What We Know
Earlier the authors showed a gameplay trailer of Rafa, and now it's time for a cinematic trailer that reveals the character's story.
Rafa is a veteran of the Tediore military company and was part of the programme to develop high-tech exo-suits that took control of the bodies of dead soldiers and turned them into mindless killing tools.
After learning this secret, Rafa did not want this fate to befall him and went against his commanding officer and became one of the new Vault Hunters.
Rafa's suit can instantly construct various weapons during combat. The soldier prefers to use paired blades, automatic turrets, and hand cannons the most. Rafa is equally effective in melee and ranged combat, and in a difficult situation can use the Overdrive ability, which speeds him up and increases his damage output.
When We Can Expect It
Borderlands 4 will release on PC, Xbox Series and PlayStation 5 on 12 September, while the game will be released on Nintendo Switch 2 on 3 October.
