Studio Rogue Factor and publisher Nacon released a new gameplay trailer of ambitious hardcore action game Hell is Us, the development of which is led by Jonathan Jacques-Belletete - former creative director of Eidos-Montréal, whose work is known for the last two parts of Deus Ex.

Here's What We Know

The authors reminded that in Hell is Us gamers will have to explore the gloomy dungeons of secret complexes, living quarters and other mysterious objects. There will be a lot of riddles that are not easy to solve, and dangerous monsters will make the study of ruins even more dangerous.

We would like to remind you that in addition to the unusual visual style of Hell is Us, which is somewhat reminiscent of Death Stranding, and a complex combat system, the game is notable for the complexity of navigating the locations, which is not standard for modern novelties: there is no map, compass and pointers in the game, so gamers will have to carefully study the terrain and remember every detail. The developers call this approach "organic exploration" and recommend to carefully consider and memorise every detail.

The events of Hell is Us unfold in a fictional European country at the beginning of the alternative 90s. The state is mired in civil war, which began after some kind of global cataclysm that resulted in the appearance of creepy monsters.

When We Can Expect It

Hell is Us has already "gone gold" and its release will definitely take place on the 4th of September on PC (Steam), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.

Everyone can read its system requirements in our material.
