It seems Samsung has cancelled the release of the Galaxy S26, its place will be taken by the Galaxy S26 Pro
According to a new leak, Samsung may ditch the regular Galaxy S26 model for the first time and instead offer the Galaxy S26 Pro as the base flagship version.

Only the Galaxy S26+ and Galaxy S26 Pro models appear in the GSMA European certification database. The standard Galaxy S26 model has not appeared in registers or leaks, which fuels rumours of its cancellation. It is not yet known whether the Pro prefix will provide any improvements that the base model usually did not have. Users fear that this may only be due to Samsung's desire to raise the price of the flagship model.
It has also recently become known that there will be no Plus version either. Its place will be taken by the S26 Edge model.
