Game director of DOOM: The Dark Ages shooter Hugo Martin held another Slayers Club Live stream, during which he unexpectedly pleased the audience with the first concept art of the story add-on to the highly appreciated game of 2025.

Here's What We Know

The presented art of the "first and last add-on" shows Executioner of Doom (DOOM Slayer) surrounded by Demons, which is his usual working moment. What is notable, however, is that the infernal location shown is covered in ice and snow.

The developer didn't go into detail about the DLC, but noted that "it will do for The Dark Ages what Eternal once did for Doom 2016." Presumably, what is meant by this wording is the increased verticality of levels and the ability to add new mechanics.

DOOM: The Dark Ages is available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series, including Game Pass.
