Dynasty Warriors: Origins will get a major update, and a remaster of a past instalment of the series is in development
Representatives of publisher Koei Tecmo Games took part in a major exhibition ChinaJoy 2025, where they revealed important news about the future of the Dynasty Warriors franchise, which these days turns 25 years old.
Here's What We Know
Japanese developers presented a video dedicated to the anniversary of Dynasty Warriors, in which they announced the development of two more projects.
The first novelty will be a large-scale add-on for Dynasty Warriors: Origins, which was released in early 2025 and The first hit of 2025: gamers are excited about Musou action game Dynasty Warriors: Origins.
However, Koei Tecmo Games is also preparing a remaster of one of the previous parts of the cult Musou action game. The authors did not specify which of the games will receive the updated version and urged to wait for further news.
Dynasty Warriors: Origins is available on PC (Steam), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
