A new product that will save you from the heat: Xiaomi introduced the Mijia Air Conditioner Healthy Wind 1.5HP
Xiaomi has unveiled the new Mijia Air Conditioner Healthy Wind 1.5HP, which is a simplified version of the Pro model, while retaining its key advantages: energy efficiency, quiet operation and intelligent control.
This announcement is as timely as possible, as it is summer and many countries around the world are experiencing abnormal heat.
Here's What We Know
The air conditioner provides 850W of cooling and 1290W of heating power, allowing cooling to start 30 seconds after switching on and heating in a minute. Airflow capacity reaches 780 cubic metres per hour, which guarantees even temperature distribution throughout the room. The noise level starts at 18 dBA, thanks to which the device is practically inaudible during operation.
One of the main advantages of the model is the air purification system. The built-in filter effectively removes formaldehyde, dust, pollen and bacteria, providing up to 99.99% neutralisation of the influenza A (H1N1) virus and up to 95% removal of allergens. Through the Mi Home app, the user can monitor air quality, including CO₂, PM2.5 and formaldehyde levels. A colour indication on the unit's display visually shows the current status of the room air.
The air conditioner supports control via a proprietary app and integration with the HyperOS Connect ecosystem, making it part of the smart home.
The energy efficiency of the model is confirmed by a high APF rating of 5.32. The dimensions of the air conditioner are 860 × 311 × 208 mm, making it compact and convenient for residential installation.
The Xiaomi Mijia Air Conditioner Healthy Wind 1.5HP is already available for order in China and costs $334 (in RMB terms).
