Leaked: Samsung is preparing a powerful PC Desktop Tower with Intel Core Ultra 9 285 processor and up to 4TB storage

Information about Samsung's new high-performance desktop PC in a Tower chassis has surfaced online.

Here's What We Know

Previously it was believed that the Korean manufacturer was preparing a Galaxy Book Ultra laptop, but it turned out that the model with the designation DM500TGZ-AD9A is a Samsung Desktop Tower PC.

The novelty appeared in one of the online shops, but was quickly removed, and in the general access were the technical specifications and the results of performance tests. So it turned out that the computer will get a powerful Intel Core Ultra 9 285 processor, thanks to which it scored 2702 points in the single-core test and 12 373 points in multi-core. In the OpenCL graphics test, the Intel Arc iGPU integrated graphics card scored 16,426 points.

The outlet stated that customers will be offered Samsung Desktop Tower variants with 8GB and 16GB of RAM, but it is stated that the processor can only use 8GB of RAM. The PC will come with 256GB, 512GB, 1TB, 2TB or 4TB of storage.

Samsung Desktop Tower out of the box runs Windows 11 Home.

The cost of the new product starts at $1180 (converted from South Korean won).

It is not yet known whether Samsung will announce this computer in the global market.
