Several Chinese sources have reported that OnePlus is developing a compact, powerful tablet, probably the OnePlus Pad 3 Mini. The sources indicate that the tablet will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 processor. Given that this processor will be announced in September, the tablet is expected to be released soon. The tablet is expected to have a diagonal of 8-9 inches. Nothing is known about other specifications.

The niche of powerful compact tablets is not empty at the moment. The OnePlus product will have to compete with a new tablet from IQOO and Xiaomi's Redmi K Pad.
